Email is not only a more reliable and secure method of communication for us to keep track of and ensure a response to, it is also essential for all clinical information and is maintained as written record.

For this reason, should your text message be considered outside the parameters of what is considered suitable for text, our response to your text will be to ask for your email address so we can continue the communication there.

Sending your email address to us via text is no problem, as just an email address with a request for us to email you is considered brief.

We will work to guide you if there is any uncertainty.

Please provide as much detail as possible to help us understand your enquiry, as we have to navigate spam etc that is sometimes received.

The form is the same as sending us an email, as it gets sent to our hello@itsapractise.com.au email account, but we have provided this here for you, as having a form available like this may make the process a bit easier.
