what to expect

Due to this business being a young Sole Trader organisation, we do not yet have the convenience available to us to employ staff to monitor calls, emails and text.

However, we truly understand how frustrating it is trying to get hold of a business who doesn’t answer their phone - it is one of our very own/personal bug bears that we frequently complain about!

So, trust us when we say that we are eating humble pie as we face the reality that we have no choice but to be one of those businesses!

To help combat the frustration, we have put a lot of thought into the best way we can manage the valid and very real, needs and expectations of our customers. Read on for our Communication Strategy…

During the session times we have dedicated to our clients, to maintain high professional standards - which demands the integrity of a safe and uninterrupted therapeutic space, and of course respect for valued and billed time - all phone calls, text messages and emails are not answered.

With that in mind, we ask that you please be patient and with us to support us while our business grows, and allow time for a response.

response times

With the exclusion of Public Holidays, Holidays and Leave (see dedication section above), we endeavour to respond within 48 business hours, however, if necessary, please clearly state the specific reason for any urgency and we will prioritise (triage) according to competing demands/availability.
